Requirements and Agreement Terms for Membership in the Order

The Membership in the Chivalric Order of the Knights of Justice is open to everyone - independently of culture, sex, descent, nationality, race, religion and colour, and free of any discrimination - who have satisfied the criteria for membership and who, like all new members, make a specific promise to "be faithful, loyal and obedient to The Order of the Knights of Justice and its Grand Master and Jurisdictional Heads as far as it is consistent with my duty to my country, to do everything in my power to uphold its dignity and support its charitable works; and to endeavour to uphold the aims of this Chivalric Order and to conduct myself as a person of honour."

Only the Grand Chancellery knows the reason for bestowing the Honour of a Knight or Dame on any particular individual.

Upon approval of your Membership by the Grand Chancellery of the Order you will be advised about the details of your Investiture. The oblation (passage fee) or donation has to be confirmed with the Grand Chancellery. The dues and donations include your membership and the rank and the diploma. As a new Knight or Dame you will be invested at the upcoming investiture ceremony and receiving the decorations (like ribbon with knight cross) and letters patent etc.

Knowing the high and noble purpose of The Order of the Knights of Justice, which under the high authority of the Grand Master of the Order you administer, I have the honour to solicit for admission to its membership and ranks.

I certify that I have read and understood the Requirements and Agreement Terms for Membership in the Order and to the best of my knowledge I posses the qualities for membership. I hereby confirm that I will undertake to support to the utmost of my ability all the works and enterprises of the Order, to contribute to its preservation, growth, purpose, and splendour, and to observe and be guided by the General Statutes and General Regulations of the Order, and also to acquiesce in the decision, favourable or otherwise, reached upon this my petition. Further, I certify that I have never been arrested or convicted for any offence or crime or any other legal action, and I have never been involved in any unlawfully business like controlled substance (drug) or money laundry.

I understand that any false or misleading statement may result in the permanent refusal of membership or denial of entry into the Order of the Knights of Justice.

I do solemnly promise:

to agree and obey the Constitution, and General Statutes, and General Regulations of the Order of the Knights of Justice;

to shall subscribe to a code of moral ethics consistent with their own principles and beliefs;

to uphold by my words and acts the chivalrous ideals of the Order of the Knights of Justice;

to support the Order of the Knights of Justice and contribute for keep going in future;

to consider my obedience, respect and loyalty to the Grand Chancellery and the Grand Master of the Order;

to consider respect to the responsible Commander or Prior, and to all, which were appointed into an office within the Order;

to give all efforts and to maintain all my influence for the protection and well-being of the Chivalric Order of the Knights of Justice and in favour of its growth, success and its glory;

to behave and act in accordance to the common Rules and Codes of Chivalry.
